How much does it cost? $250 per month which includes a recognized location for your company's office, as-needed workspace, phone system, mail room and meeting facilities.  This is our Virtual Office Plan.  If your company needs dedicated offices for people and their things, use our Full Office Plan.  For cost the of Full Office Plan click on "Cost Estimate" above.    What type of lease?     Companies enter into a Service Agreement with HQ.  The service agreement has a six month term, then changes to month-to-month with a 60 day notice to terminate. Are there usage charges? Yes, but your company is  only billed for services that are requested.  During 2007, companies using HQ averaged $70 per month, mainly for copying/printing, meeting reservations and administrative work. How long do companies typically use HQ? An average of five years.   Many of the companies have been using HQ for ten years.  A few companies use HQ for a few months to launch a larger office in Cincinnati.							What makes HQ better? The companies that use HQ are higher quality than the companies that use other office services in Cincinnati.  They depend on HQ to provide reliable and professional office resources.        What about confidentiality? Our administrative areas are behind counters and closed doors.  Individuals ask permission to enter.  We answer calls in the administrative area, not in the reception area.  What is the Sign In/Out button (above) for? To see availablity of meeting facilities and make reservations.  To access building pictures for your company's web site.  To store documents for HQ to print upon request.  To see news about other companies and post news about your company.   How available are the meeting facilities? They are almost always available if you reserve a conference room a day in advance and a training room a week in advance.
